I'm taking the holiday weekend off, so I thought I'd share one my most-read blogs, written shortly after the Fourth of July. This one’s for all of us who love to play with fire…in the healthiest of ways.

My favorite Scorpio's legacy lives on in the lives of those he loved.

Lately I've been reminded that while my truth might not always be the same as another’s, I no longer need to stay silent out of fear or apprehension...and that miracles spontaneously arise when I’m being my most authentic self.

I’m reminded of a poster I used to hang in my classroom: “People may not always believe what you say, but they will always believe what you do.” In a world where honesty isn’t always the given policy, I’m motivated to seek the truth everywhere.

Today the Artemis II is traveling to the dark side of the moon. In many ways, some of us are experiencing our own dark side of the moon where we have to wait in silence and trust the trajectory of life.

I’m Mama Mob Boss to these two furry gangsters.

Remembering my husband, Steve, on the winter solstice…and how Rob Reiner’s incredible body of work allowed us to grow together.

Two of my treasured mentors passed away in November. How blessed are we who loved them to be living legacies of their incredible lives.

Our bodies remember what our minds have forgotten. Autumn is a wonderful time to learn how to unlock the vault of our somatic selves and learn from the wisdom of what lies within.

Happy Halloween! This one's for Mr. Cocky Pants himself, now a junior at the University of Michigan.

This blog is in celebration of what would have been Steve’s 72nd birthday. I’m so glad he was born and that our worlds collided to create a perfectly imperfect relationship.

In teaching yoga for over twenty-five years, I’ve learned the best experiences happen when we come as we are. Enjoy and share my latest blog with friends and family.

Yesterday was a big adventure for Dhani, but a harrowing experience for me. Instead of spinning the story from my end, Dhani thought you might like his perspective. Enjoy and share my latest blog with friends, family and animal lovers everywhere.

During this time of endings and new beginnings, I revisit journeys from the past that encourage me to stay on the road to novel destinations.

Labor Day is anniversary time for me and this old house. This year it’s time to look back and look forward to new beginnings.
