CHAKRA LEVEL I WORKSHOP AT HARMONY IN LIFE

 Energy Anatomy is the study of the human chakra system. Closely linked to the brain, central nervous system, and our emotional body, chakras contain electromagnetic energy that in turn creates our individual and collective realities. As complex as this may sound, this workshop will provide a clear overview of each of the seven main chakras and their influence in your daily life. We will practice gentle yoga poses suitable for everyone that will activate and balance the chakra energies. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. 

The fee is $120 for both sessions.  Handouts will be emailed to you upon registration.
